Moonlight above a dark linen bed at night, one bedside lamp lit

Gressdalen · 2016

Moonlight

A winter night lit only by the moon. Soft snow, a dark mountain and a few stars.

Large: 100 × 70 cm (40 × 28 in), landscape. A centrepiece for a living room, dining room or office.

Printed straight onto brushed aluminium. The moonlit snow and the stars show as real silver metal and catch the light of your room.

Matte finish. No glass, no glare, from any angle.

Rigid 3 mm panel. Hanging kit included.

The moment

I took this photograph in Gressdalen on a January night in 2016. There was no light but the moon. It turned the snow silver and drew long, soft shadows across the valley.

In black and white on brushed aluminium, the snow shines like real metal and changes with the light through the day. A still winter night, on your wall every day.
