AWEBO Cards and Pokémon cards: what’s different?
Both can be collected and played, but they are different games. Pokémon TCG cards feature fictional Pokémon and support a deck-building game. AWEBO Cards feature real animals, with a short fact and three skills on each card.
How they differ
Pokémon cards are physical and sold in formats including booster packs and decks; you can also buy particular cards. AWEBO Cards let you choose the exact card or pair before paying, then get a printable PDF by email. AWEBO has a short two-player skill game, not a deck-building game.
How the games play
Pokémon TCG: build a 60-card deck, draw, attach Energy and attack; take all 6 Prize cards to win. AWEBO Cards: one card each, pick a skill in secret and show at once; first to 5 wins, and a round takes minutes.
The live Wild Norway series has 12 animals, each with a male and female card. Purchased cards are individually numbered.
